I engaged Thom Virzi of East Coast Construction to serve as the Construction Manager for the Construction of Huntington Terrace's 188,000 square foot $36 million facility. East Coast Construction's services were invaluable. During the course of value engineering, East Coast Construction was responsible for saving over $4 million in construction costs simply by using a variety of innovative construction techniques and implementing an impressive knowledge of materials. The Huntington Terrace Project was constructed within the time period designated by the Construction Contract and completed in February of 2002. Since that time Huntington Terrace has been extolled as a perfect example of lasting and defect-free construction.

I am also the Managing Member of Concordia Senior Communities, a New York Limited Liability Company that intends to develop a $65 million project involving senior housing and assisted living residences. This facility will consist of approximately 230,000 square feet. It is now in the planning process and applications are pending for the appropriate zoning approvals.
