From 1983 to 1985, Thom Virzi served as Project Manager and Associate of Eastern Construction Management with Offices in Great Neck, NY.  In 1985 Mr. Virzi established East Coast Construction Management with its office in Garden City, NY, a successful construction management firm with an impressive list of managed projects. Mr. Virzi, with both Eastern Construction and East Coast Construction Management, is responsible for the project management of many buildings on Long Island, both commercial and residential.

East Coast relocated its offices to Hauppauge, Long Island in 1988. In 1989, East Coast Construction Group was formed and the firm's services were expanded to include general contracting, specializing in new building construction and construction renovation projects of $30 million or less. East Coast Construction currently operates its northeast operations from Great River, New York.

Management
Thomas Virzi is the President of East Coast Construction and acts as both a Construction Consultant and Construction Manager for many clients. He is also a member of the Construction Management Association of America. Mr. Virzi has 30 years of related construction experience; including shop drawing preparation, structural steel and architectural precast concrete detailing, construction document preparation, construction contract administration, labor and subcontract negotiations, sales, marketing, and executive management of various commercial and industrial construction projects. Mr. Virzi’s specific project experience includes office buildings, hotels, retail centers, houses of worship, community and public buildings, luxury condominiums, luxury residences, and senior housing projects including Huntington Terrace Assisted Living Facility in Melville, New York. Mr. Virzi brings his diverse experience in construction, management, and administration along with his pursuit of professionalism and profitability to every East Coast project.
